After a little bit of rain, it's back to being beautiful in San Francisco again. Nevertheless, every night I want to make a Dark & Stormy or two. In a highball glass, I mix equal portions rum (the favorite, so far, being Sailor Jerry's for the hint of vanilla) and ginger beer (the nicest stuff they've got at your local store--no ginger ale, please). One or two stirs and a lime makes it perfect.

Dark & Stormy
After a little bit of rain, it's back to being beautiful in San Francisco again. Nevertheless, every night I want to make a Dark & Stormy or two.
